I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I would've expected, which made the whole thing feel a bit more drawn out than it needed to be

I ordered from phenq.com mostly out of curiosity, though I’ll be honest, I wasn’t exactly convinced it was going to do much. Shipping was normal, no issues there, and I started taking it pretty much right away.

After about two weeks, I hate to admit it, but I did start noticing a few small changes. I wasn’t picking at snacks as much, and I had a little more energy during the day. By around week four, some of my clothes felt a bit looser, which surprised me more than I expected.

It’s definitely not some miracle fix, and I still had to pay attention to what I was eating. But the changes showed up fast enough that I kept using it, i’m happy with how it turned out...
